Looks like "Albion". - Could be at Barton.

I do have a considerable geographical advantage for this question. This leads me to believe that the location for the first image is the river Bure and could be either Ranworth dyke or South Walsham dyke.

First image is of the Norfolk Wherry Yacht 'Hathor'. The area is I believe called the Norfolk Broads.
