The good: If you place your cursor arrow near the top of a box in the topic header page (don't click), a box appears with the text of the first message. Kewl.

The bad: At least with my Opera browser, the topic headers don't change color after they've been read making it difficult to track. Any suggestions? (No, I really don't want to use IE.)

The ugly: (no comment) :)

Didn't notice "the good" function, will have to check it out.

Certainly noticed "the bad" issue -- I've had to keep clicking the "Reload" button in Firefox to force the updates, but most web forums do that refresh automatically when you click back to the main page.

As for the rest, a resource is good no matter how it looks. We'll get used to it in time...and the price is certainly right!

As far as topics I've read or not, the title is bold for the unread topics and not bold for the ones I have read. I'm using Internet Exploder 6.02XXX

It doesn't address unread/read posts but You can use the 'new posts' tab to bring updated ones to the top. Do you have the little envelopes to indicate updated posts as well?
