Local free "Cancordia" sloop boat

First the disclaimer. i have absoulutly no idea what shape or in fact this is a Concordia Sloop boat. This was an ad for a free boat in my local paper and I thought it might tickle someones fancy.

That will be one of those Pete Culler designs. Very pretty, not much of a sailer. Quite a few were built by the Landing School, i wonder if it's gone yet.

I'd say the price is right
