Man, I am really done.
Apart from making sure my business runs properly, I again organized the RumRegatta, designed every paper, label, poster... and I also had to get a new engine in my boat and had it slipped for a major refit (as seen in the thread "left on an island").

Now everything went more or less ok, except some minor difficulties, but that was to be expected. The best part is that this year I was able to sail the regatta instead of being on the start-finish boat.

But I don't want to bore you with words, here are the pics:

Sailing out of the harbour almost everyone lined up on the danish side of the Bay.

The clinker built Haikutter (shark-cutter) DONNA. She is probably the only existing clinker built Haikutter.

Well, but at least I beat this much larger Colin Archer.

Love it.
So yachts are now invited ? ANA doesn't look very working boat from that angle. Nor does RID.

Oh, don't ask too carefully, John...

There are some boats we all know that were never workingboats. We let them compete anyhow as long as they are gaff rigged.
Boats like ANA though have to compete in the class: modified replicas. That's usually the class I have to sail, but somehow the regatta management put me into the class: fishing boats under 10m this year. But I still didn't have a chance and came in 5th.
