Alcan Spars

Does anyone know what happened to Alcan Spars? Who bought them or what they are now called?

In Australia they were bought out by a bunch called CAPRAL - but whether this was only here or a worldwide amalgamation.

Here too they did a big rationalisation of the number of extrusion dies that they held (disposing of the bulk of them including many that were owned by other businesses) reducing the range that is available.

Whether this happened elsewhere in the world - I don't know.
