Is there anyone other than Forespar that makes them? Forespar's are incredibly pricey. I can't find any in local marine stores either.

Port Townsend Foundry has a lot of fittings if you are seeking traditional bronze.
But, I doubt that you will find any thing more reasonably priced, that is of better quality, than that which you have already researched. Start putting beer money in a Mason jar till you have saved enough for good stuff! Also check with marine swap shops.

If you are having trouble Googling whisker pole fittings? ... try Googling spinnaker pole ends or Ronstan sailboat hardware. Under rigging look at spinnakers then spinnaker pole ends.
