Gull outboards, 2hp specifically...Any thoughts?

Looks to me like a Weed Eater with a prop. I suspect it is a high vibration, low thrust noisey machine. I could be wrong.

Where made? Short guaranty and it's a two stroke which may pose pollution-related usability issues in the future. For that money I'd look for a used Honda 4 stroke, although they have their critics. I've been quite happy with mine.
