Hello,
A gentleman in the community has the following for sale,
1950 Beaver Model 3300, 14" band saw made by Callender Foundry & Mfg. Co. in Guelph Ontario. Serial number is 2542. It comes with the original rip fence and miter gauge, and a photocopy of an original owners manual. It is an oldie but goodie. Beaver was later bought out by Rockwell who continued to use the name but applied it to their cheaper line of tools. This is not a cheaply built machine.
The gentleman has owned the saw for 30 years and is selling only because he needs a bigger saw at this time. He speaks highly of its condition and performance and I can confirm when I see it this weekend.
Anyone know of this machine. Decent machine if had for a couple hundred clams?
Thanks Steve
