One of my favourite is Classic Marine.

Steve: I am looking for general hardware for sailboats less than 25' or so.
Things like small winches, blocks, cam cleats, etc.

If you aren't particular about everything matching or being of traditional bronze, etc. try eBay here: http://tinyurl.com/m3w9y

More standard suppliers are Hamilton Marine, Defender Industries, West Marine and Boater's World in descending order, so to speak.

Are you talking about blocks for a classic boat or are you just talking about Harken or Ronstan stuff?

I buy all of my stuff from Annapolis Sailing Products on-line. You will normally get your gear within seven days but they can speed it up for you if you want to pay for it.

Bamamick: Harken, Ronstan would be fine. Could I trouble you for the website? I tried to Google it but for some reason I could not locate it.

thanks

That's because I gave you the wrong name. It's Annapolis Performance Sailing (APS).

Try www.apsltd.com. That should do it.

If you're into traditional gear, you can download the entire Davey Catalog from R&W Rope

You could take a look at Garhauer stuff here. http://garhauermarine.com/
I've been quite happy with the bits I've bought from them. They only sell direct, not through retailers, the gear is good, and the prices are reasonable. I don't know what size you need - they mostly make parts for larger boats.

And SailNet has some pretty good prices too.
