"Niles Craft" Boats

Does anyone have any information on Niles Craft boats? I recently saw one for sale. Apparently mid fifties, about a 14' runabout. I believe it was solid Mahogany construction, edge joined, with no ribs. The hull was less than 1/2" thick. This one was in excellent condition, quite stunning. I would love to hear anything more about this boat and the company that made it.

Thanks, Paul- I forgot to mention that it was made in Niles, Michigan. Have an email out to a museum there, but no response yet.
