Try again: Did you know about the archives?

cocked up the last thread I started and then did the same with deleting it.
anyway.. at the bottom of the page is an archive link. when you get into the archive you can expand the thread to the original format by clicking on the thread title.
for example: I found this oldy of mine from 2002.

I don't really get how the archive is set out.. I found 2002 threads on page 1 yet they then seem to revert into a Latest to earliest page sequence once you're in a page or two.

nup forget that.. its just oldest to newest

I've posted about the archives before but it seemed most people didn't get it. It seemed to me that people thought of the archives as just what shows up when you do a search, not an actual place you could go to and look around. Kind of fun sometimes. It's weird to reread posts from members who have passed on. Lot's of good stuff in there.
