Does anyone have any info on this double-ended ketch (design/designer)? One of many beauties I saw while kayaking in Maine this summer. This one was in Robin Hood Cove.

If you go to the registry itself, it comes up in a more readable form. The cut and paste comes out a little wierd here.

There's one listed on YACHTWORLD.COM. I can't seem to make a photo or the link work right now but search for wood, sail, 26' in NY.

Love that sheerline and the workboat looks.

Ok, so how about some of her neighbors (all in Robin Hood Cove)? Unfortunately, I have no names. Tried searching the registry for Georgetown, with the only hit in ME being "Wild Duck".

P.S. What the hell... since this has evolved into an "eye candy" thread, here are a few more from my trip... some familiar, some not. My apologies for not being able to control myself

Kestrel from Maryland.

(BTW, I understand that these boats are strictly referred to as "Block Island Double-Enders," as Paul suggested -- "cowhorn" is used only by the incognoscenti.)

Growing up we had an aluminum canoe just like the one in the picture. What a classic, thanks for posting it.

Thanks very much for going to the trouble to get a good link. thanks again.

Also some members leave links that use shockwave 8 (SWF, FLASH FILES) and many of us are left out because we still have dial up and older operating systems. But we don't or won't spend thousands to get newer computers with newer operating systems and all new programs and upgrades just to see flashing ads with jumping monkeys.WE DON'T WANT HIGHER MONTHLY PAYMENTS. I'm hoping other members will see this and spread the word.
