For comments like this and the context in which it was delivered.

I may be going out on a limb here, but I really detest sacasm of this sort.

Notice:

This will conclude the seminar on Crevice Corrosion in Stainless Steel at the erster Institute for Advanced Marine Studies

Next week we will study the topic "Does Iron Rust?" The following week's topic will be "Does Gravity Exist?

Thank you for your participation.

I'm glad you mentioned the question of whether gravity really exists. This so-called law fails to explain the flight of angels, rising to heaven or other well-known phenomena. For some, Intelligent falling (http://www.theonion.com/content/node/39512) is a much more satisfactory explanation.

Uh-oh. Will this discussion lead to a better understanding of how gronicles work?

I don't agree with you, Cap'n Jake. There is almost nothing but sacasm [sic] on this forum. Singling out the sarcasm of one, while ignoring the sarcasm of others, is questionable.

Sacasm in the bilge is to be expected. Sacasm up here can be expected also, but I would think that the tone of it would be different.

It is pretty obvious to me that there are two distinctly different applications being discussed, thus two totally different results.

It's just the high an mighty 'my way or the highway' attitude that I object to. Nothing like a little negative motivation to get a person moving along.:rolleyes:
