MATERIALS LIST-CATSPAW

Hi everybody- I am getting ready to finally
start on the Catspaw Dinghy-does anyone have a materials list for the lumber? Thanks and happy sailing. P.S. I caught my first bluefish on the Kennebec River just south of Bath this summer, twas a great experience, any other fish stories out there? Thanks Frank

I don't have any personal experience with them. But I noticed that Flounder Bay (www.flounderbay.com) sells a material package for the Catspaw. I believe it includes all lumber planed and milled to size plus hardware.

Might be worth a look and I'll bet it would save a lot of trouble compared to finding everything yourself.

Franko, Flounder Bay is great, though compare prices. My recent search for lumber found them rather high. In kit form, I don't know, but check out edensaw lumber, in WA. They are very reasonable.

I understand that a materials list is a list of materials you need. Well, I used the materials list that comes with the plans. From that you can make your shopping list which is different. Likewise the plans give you list of fasteners. Am I wrong here?
