Baby Bluenose?

Does anyone have familiarty with a wooden boat design referred to as a Baby Bluenose? A friend of mine in Florida had a vessel so described sail into his harbor two weeks ago. The owner, who built the boat 10 yrs ago and sailed/lived aboard the since then signed over ownership to a single mother of three who offered to give him a ride to a bus terminal (his name is Denny Hill). Anyway, my friend is trying to help this lady sell the boat, but would benefit from having a little more information on its design history and specifications. She is very salty in appearance . . . wooden spar and boom . . . all wood construction (though the external surface of the hull appears to be resin like a wood kayak since you can't see the planking) . . . about 7.3 meters in length not including the 5 foot wooden spar on the bow . . . appears to be a cutter rig. First, I'd recommend getting a commercial marine survey, which will tell your friend nearly everything she needs to sell the boat. Can we assume she has clear title to the boat?

Second, put up the jpegs on Imagestation or another free photo hosting service, so that they can be viewed here and on Craigslist, etc.

There is a baby Bluenose at the Canberra Yacht Club ... still on her baby crib.

I showed her to a chap from Canada called Bill Pickerell, a member of the Nova Scotia Schooner Association, when he visited Canberra just recently ... he nearly fell over when he saw her, "She is a boat I didn't expect to see here, that's for sure."
