Another Egret Thread.

Anyone know if there has beena Reuels Parker 28' Egret design built? I like that design. I've been comparing it to the Joel White plan in the WB plans book. How would you compare them?

That centerboard sure does a number on the cabin. I think Bill Schwicker's double centerboard version (one forward, one aft) that keeps the cabin free would be a much better choice. A couple pics of one under construction. WB mag has done a couple articles on Bill's sharpies:
