Anyone have a set of plans for 11 1/2' "Shad" by Edward Monk. The plywood association up to several years ago would send you a copy free but now due to liabilty problems they have stoped the practice.
Any other 12' plywood fishing boats?
Thanks

Any other 12' plywood fishing boats?
Hundreds, maybe thousands....
Check out http://dngoodchild.com/subject.htm for cheap reprints of plans form Popular Mechanics and other magaiznes from the 1930's. 40's and 50's.
Also see the "Flat Skiff 12" and others at http://www.clarkcraft.com
Then there'a always Glen-L: http://www.boatdesigns.com/departments.asp?dept=10
Other places that quickly come to mind:
http://boatplans-online.com/index.php
Phil Bolger's "Fisherman's Skiff" : http://www.instantboats.com/powerboats.htm
Ken Swan's "Little Gem" - it's 13'6" so it's bigger than you asked for but it's an easy build and a nice looking boat: http://www.swanboatdesign.com/index.html
That ought to give you some designs to consider......

Try John Welsford's "Fishhook" (10' long) or "Setnet" (12'9" long). Both are small skiffs designed for fishing with oars or an outboard. (There is also a sailing version of Setnet, called the "Golden Bay Dinghy.") Unlike many of the options mentioned above, John's designs have built-in buoyancy.
