Thanks for the call folks. Sounds as though everyone is having more than just a good time. I'm really sorry that I could not be there but another 1000 miles one way is just a bit more than I could do at this moment although the credit cards would have loved it.

Since nobody's mentioned the Kareoke incident I'll help cover it up by avoiding the more lurid details. By then then multitude of phone calls had run everyone's batteries flat so there's hope that no photographs with arrows and circles and notes on the back survive to be posted as evidence against us on the forum.:cool:

Even though we deny it happened, I'm sure everyone will join me in expressing our heartfelt appologies to the management of the Tavern on the Summit for the table broken during the tap dancing exhibition. Although it was perhaps more enthusiastic than skillful, I thought it went well as we accompanied the dancers with an attempt at four part harmony on "Great Green Gobs" and other campfire songs we learned at summer camp as kids. I wish the Kareoke machine had better backup music than "Woolie Bullie" but by then it didn't matter too much.:rolleyes:

The waitress who helped us find the front door by leading our Conga line was most helpful, and suggested we return for another EBS after someplace freezes over. Can anyone with a less hazy memory than mine let me know when we should do it again? I seem to remember it was a lot of fun.:D


I'm up, been moving and am back at Mother's. We (Katherine, Paul, Allen, Claudia, David, and I) had a wonderful breakfast at Cracker Barrell before getting on the road in our respective directions.

I got a call today on my cell phone from the Macaroni Grill and the bill for broken plates is approx $500. I gave then Claudia's name address and phone number. Claudia since you have now left the state the FBI will undoubtedly be involved. I'm fleeing north of the border before that authorities catch up with me.
