hi all,
I have an 18' Banks dory and would like to know if there are any other boat rowers in Melbourne. I row on the Maribrynong and also into the Yarra.
Am intending to build a smaller second boat that is less affected by the wind. That may be a punt design or something similar to the Steve Redmond Wisp, or possibly something called a turf boat which is like a dory only with very low freeboard. Think the light bateau from 'The Dory Book' would be an American equivalent.
