Thanks, guys. When your day starts like this it's a good sign:
http://im1.shutterfly.com/media/47b7cc24b3127ccec29fd92f19b800000010O00AbNnLhizaOW IPbz4S/cC/f%3D0/ps%3D50/r%3D0/rx%3D550/ry%3D400/
So I drove up to Rockland early this morning. How early you ask? We had 11 twelve year old girls sleep over last night for my daughter's birthday party. That early. The boat hauler had loaded her up last night. So this morning Hugh met me to take the cover and frame off and get everything stowed away.

See the boat on the left? Uncas!

And just off camera in the last shot is emichaels new 21' Alden double ender :):

She'll be heading south next week.
Soon we were headed to Portland, an hour and a half south.

Why do I see an EBS in the future? Let's see.. six people in the cockpit.. okay.. some hanging off the boom.. okay, that will work...cooks below.. yup, that will work too.
Hey Steven.. have you mentioned a name? Or do I assume you are keeping the old one?

Awesome Steven, and thanks for the mention on Your big day. We spent the day clearing a spot for Zephyrus. Looking forward to the thrill of backing her into the drive here. It has been a pretty good couple of weeks for Atlantic Challenge. Clearing out two spots !
Looking forward to that race between Dancing Feather and Zephyrus this summer. I think we will re-rig her as a gaff w/topsail first though !

Happy Birthday, Steven! Looks like it was a great one, start to finish.
We visited yesterday. My kids were very impressed, no small feat.
She looks better in the flesh than the pictures imply.
I'm wondering if the sail inventory meshes with the broker listing. I seem to remember two sets of sails.
Steven, we can lay the sails out at Howard Sports some day they're not busy (I'm the temp' janitor)

Shane, you crack me up. :) She wasn't really a pressy, the boat hauler changed the schedule and wanted to deliver her on Saturday instead of Monday. So the delivery was the pressy. Don't worry I got some "socks an jocks" too. And a nice gift certificate to Hamilton Marine. :D
You saw that she's designed by Al Mason, right? And you're invited to come sailing with me this summer. I'm getting excited already.
Gareth, that would be great to sort the sails out together. :)

The mast goes in Monday. But she seems pretty tight already. :) I haven't even seen the pump running today. I have to sharpen about 25 block planes for the Family Boatbuilding Festival tomorrow then it's back to the boat to meet Mark and wire up the running lights. If anyone is in the neighborhood feel free to stop by Portland Yacht Services later this afternoon and check out the boat.
