A free 45' boat is likely to be a time and money sink of unbelievable proportions, at least if your goal is to go sailing!

It's a 45' MOBJACK design built by the owner in 1981. She's been out of the water for years and needs a pretty wholesale rebuild. He has a new boat and the Mobjack is not on his land so he has to get rid of her.
