I was perusing back atricles on the Small Craft Advisor website and found a great link to the Viking boat shop in England or Scotland somewhere.
Great stone boat shop!! Good photo gallery and articles about some interesting boats he builds. He built an Atkin powerboat recently.
Here is the link. Thought some of you might enjoy it.

On the Ninigret, it looks like the builder widened the motor well some. The boat trims out with the bow riding higher than ones I've seen in other pictures.

Is that a Ninigret or a Jaques Mertens Nina LB-22?

Yes that is what I finally figured out by asking a British friend of mine. His address on the home page does not state the country.
By the way is Scotland not part of Great Britain, anymore? Or is that what the movie Braveheart was all about?

That is a Ninigret, but only sort of.
Iain Oughtred was given the lines and modified them to suit the owner. He added a decent amount of flare at the beamiest section of the boat, a longer flat run at the transom, and little tweaks for performance here and there.
I am building a NINA and really fell in love with the ullapool built NINIGRET. Hoping to have similar performance. He is using a 50hp motor which might cause a few trim changes as well, not to mention it might stand up on that flat run better and pull the curved areas of the bilge out higher with more dynamic lift out back.
