Pretty cool, I thought you all would find it interesting.

Happy Saturday, winds up down here and we have a group sail planned for tomorrow. I am grinning from ear to ear.

Plus yesterday in honor of earthday my wife organized a pick up plastic bottle competetion for the kids in the school and with only the jr. high school weighing in (we weigh the high school next week) they collected .... 3, 243 Kilograms of plastic bottles off of the roadways, city parks, and peoples yards. In one week! That is 7,134 Pounds of plastic. With more to come. Amazing to see.
I am so proud of my wife. I feel very lucky.

It is locals. Unfotunately most locals just throw plastic bottles out the car windows or toss them as they walk. There is no bottle deposit charged so when they are empty they are useless and valuless to most folks.
But we are trying to change that.

That video is very cool. That is the kind of stuff kids should be learning in school at an early age. How to think and apply that thinking.
