Boat Mover?

A friend of mine just bought this boat Rampart. A 35' wooden ketch. She is located in Greenport NY and he needs to move it to MD. Any suggestions.

That isn't too challengeing a passage for a boat like that at the right time of year. Quite fun actually. Any reason she can't just be sailed down?
