Here is the problem:
17 days ago I sealed the gunwale\top strake seam on my wooden, 1964 Thompson runabout with Boatlife, Life Calk sealant The sealant was cured and I then painted the seam with Interlux Prep-Kote #4279 primer anticipating a final coat of Interlux Premium Yacht Finish. The primer has not cured over the sealant after more than 5 days.
Has anyone experienced this problem? Boatlife does not have a solution and Interlux can not be contacted (anyone got a tech phone number for them)? I have utilized Life Calk for over 20 years and I have not seen this problem before.
Thanks for any help on this.
