Appraisal on 1949 Old Town runabout

A friend has asked for help establishing an asking price for his original, all varnished version of the above. I've looked at ACB, Lyman, by-the-sea, Woodenboat, Uncle Henry's, eBay and classsic boat purveyors' sites to gather info.

Know anywhere else I should check out?
