She is a Gil Smith design.

Its in horrendous shape for a 15 year old boat.:( IIRC she needs a new stem and some frames repaired and work on her garboards and transom.

She's been listed for sale in various Craig's lists and ebay several times in the last year and the minimum price has never been reached...

I think I've seen the boat, sitting uncovered in the lot at the Washington sailing marina. It was there for several years, then disappeared. If this is the same boat, you're probably right.
