That's the way it is with many small hand-crafted wooden boats built by amateurs. You've gotta love building them, 'cause unless they are prepaid built for a customer, my sense is that you can't sell them for even a fraction of the cost of the materials you put into them.

The owners of this one want $5000 for it as is, where is. Extensive damage and rot included, no charge.
