Can't you just see the yacht brokers trying to decide how to list this one?

As I recall, California real estate laws require that one must disclose to potential buyers if tragedies, such as deaths/murders, occurred in the residence for sale. I wonder if this extends to boats and ghosts. On the other hand, being haunted may be a selling point. . .

Yep, that's what I always look for when I'm buying a boat (previous tragedy...). Not.

Yeah...... I'm guessing that large blood stain on the port setee is gonna be a bear to get out......

"Is this a winch-handle which I see before me,
The handle toward my hand? Come, let me clutch thee.
I have thee not, and yet I see thee still.
Art thou not, fatal vision, sensible
To feeling as to sight? or art thou but
A grinder-grip of the mind, a false creation,
Proceeding from the heat-oppressed brain? "
...right.
I'm sure the seller considers it a selling point, not sure about potential buyers.
