Hartley& Brookes have a design they call a ocean cruising launch or fishing cruiser. Is this boat adequate for Caribbean cruising? What is the scuttlebutt on the level of completeness their plans?

The only thing i would say is that it is a design for cold climates.
If you are in the caribbian I would want a larger cockpit and more shade. A place to hang out and have a dining table for several people. Maybe they offer different layouts for that hull.
I bought study plans from them once for a sailboat. The study plans did not have any info on ballast so I emailed them and asked. They wouldn't give me any more info unless I bought the complete plans. I declined.
