I'm not sure if this is allowed here, but I figured that noone would mind hearing about a free boat. I'm trying to clean out my back yard, and pass on the projects I wasn't interested in. I am sending a fiberglass Satellite sloop on to a local boy scout troop that wants to learn small boat sailing. I still have this Snipe though, and am trying to find a home for it. My parents grabbed it for me last year because they knew I enjoyed sailing and wooden boats. Unfortunantly I don't enjoy working with fiberglass, especially removing it. So this boat sat all year upside down in the backyard, and I decided to try and find someone interested in restoring it. If noone bites I'll probably just hang onto the boat for a few years and restore it myself when I have more time. By the way, if this type of post isn't allowed here, I don't mind it being deleted at all. I can't seem to find a post of the rules here though, so I hope its alright.
