The trophy shop an amazing job, and when things get caught up, I'll go back and update the threads where some of these things were discussed. Owen has it all wired, everything is just tucked in the box.

First Sarah got winches and cleats on the mast:

And then wonder of all wonders, she got halyards!!!!! First time in seven years! (The strangest things just make my day....) Davis and getting the rigging done has just been a Godsend...

I cannot believe we're putting stuff in like this (not refinished, or even sanded in some cases), but the companionway is now usable!

Last and certainly not least, a call for help went out and Jose and Arnold came over (after working all day at St. Augustine Marine) and completed all of the puttying on the starboard seams.

They'll be back this evening to do the port side and get bottom paint on starboard.
Triple Burner called and is coming down to help and Claudia and David are in route.
