Hi,
My wife and I installed an earlier version of the Nature's Head on our boat when we were living in the States and used it for two years. We liked it very much and were therefore keen when asked if we would handle the European distribution of Nature's Head following our return to the UK.
Of course, I'm can't claim to be a disinterested observer, but I have used the product and can vouch for it unreservedly.

We've been hearing a lot of positive stuff about the AirHead system on this forum -- is that available in the UK? If you've tried them both, how do they compare?

As far as I know, the AirHead is not directly available in UK or EU. In fact, it was becoming very difficult to get one even in the States, which was the main reason Nature's Head came into being.
The basic principle is the same in both cases - separation of solids and liquids, coupled with a steady airflow through the composting chamber. For Nature's Head, the design, fittings, quality of manufacture and appearance have been significantly improved.
