The most complete book that I have seen (and I do have as well) is Glen Witt's Inboard Motor installation
Here's a link:
Inboard Motor Installation (http://shop.glenl.com/browse.cfm/4,222.html)
Don Danenberg's newest of his two volume set also has information on inboards but I am nost sure to what extent. I have not seen or read this volume. But I can assure you, Don know's his stuff. And I think it is available now for sale.
How to Restore Your Wooden Runabout vol. 2 (http://www.danenbergboatworks.com/book_2.htm)
As I said, I think Glen Witt's book is the most complete "how to" as well as informative publication on this subject.

That's just what I was looking for - a practical guide.
Thanks, Hazen. Book is ordered.
