Portland, ME area rentals?

This may be a long shot but does anyone have or know of any homes available for long-term rent in the greater Portland, ME area? I will be relocating there later this spring. I'm looking for a 3+ bedroom with a garage, with rent at or below $1500/mo.

I've been checking the Press Herald website frequently and have found several property management companies with listings, however nothing has quite fit the bill as of yet. Portland, South Portland, Westbrook, Cape Elizabeth, Cumberland, Falmouth and Yarmouth are all possibilities.

You may want to expand to Gray/New Gloucester or Pownal.

Rents are a bit more reasonable. I just drove by one in Gray and I have friends relocating but not selling, I will ask what they are doing with the place, I think its bigger than three bedroom though.
