Ok, not my boat, no interest in it, but I looked it over. It's in RI craigslist as a "catketch". It isn't, it's a beamy cb ketch with a gaff main stepped far forward, a club jib and marconi mizzen. Like a cat though, you get a lot for the length. She's 28' lwl, 12' beam, 18000 lbs. Her name is Martha T, she's in the wb register. The boat's in good condition, needs paint and varnish, but no real major work. She's cedar strip over bent frames, seems very sound. The owner needs to sell, he wants to move. He told me he had a potential offer of $6000, he'll sell to the first one that shows with the money. The current owner had new standing rigging, 2 new sails, rebuilt diesel engine. I hope someone buys her, I have more details, I spent an hour aboard.

I know this boat. She was homebuilt and sailed by the owner for many years. Inspired his neice to build her own boat which wears his name, "Macey". I believe they are off on a circumnavigation. Glad this boat is alive...
