That's the old Oak Grove Hotel down the street here, long since demolished and replaced by The Hideous Condos. The building on the shore is what was commonly called a 'casino': a dance hall and gathering place. It became the Boothbay Harbor Yacht Club in the middle of the last century. The lawn, seawall, pier and flagpole remain as you see them there.

The boat was most likely a Sherb Doloff (a local builder) design.
