You'd double your money on the lead ballast and the outboard alone.

you know...i had a friend in that area with a boat very very similar, it was theived while he was gone (he had a verbal agreement with a guy who knew a guy...you get the pic) but it is kinda the type of thing he'd be interested in...it looks exactly the same as his old one, weird
