What is that?

I saw this boat in Campbell River BC two/three years ago ,after having seen it listed on a broker's website for quite some time. Started out at 28K and after a year dropped out of sight at 18K asking. Bosun was her name , built by Richard Arkwright of Campbell River. George Buehler design. I was struck by its salty looks , I'm a sucker for a plumb bow and a west coast pilothouse. I was never on board ,and was surprised at how compact (cramped) it seemed.Looked well maintained from what can be seen dockside.Lots of character there.The picture doesn't do much for it.
