I built the B & B Two Paw 8. Details are here:

The plan set was very good. I believe there were over 30 sheets of information. B & B also has a nesting version of their Spindrift, which would probably be a better sailer/rower. For volume/capacity though, that Two Paw pram can't be beat. There is also a very strong online user community for B & B builders that is very helpful.

This hull also has a sail option. I think it's a 33 squares boomless spritsail.
The 11 ft. hull nests down to 6ft.
