It does not appear that Jessica is that sure how to sail her either, and the price is suspiciously low. If she's well built and the design has no surprises, there's no reason that proper lee boards combined with some sort of lug rig would not make her a very nice way to live amongst the Pacific Northwest archipellago.

This boat has been for sale for quite awhile. I suspect that the price is what it is because of the unusual design, lack of spars, and the perceived lack of seaworthiness. People want a boat they can sail to the South Seas, even if they are never going to get out of Puget Sound
