Looking for rustic rental cabin/camp in Maine

I've just finished the rigging on my 14 foot Tony Dias "Small" and am looking for a cheap getaway spot on some peaceful lake in Maine that is friendly to wooden boats where I can work on tweaking the rig without jetskis, etc. Remote is good. Waterfront and place to dock boat is a plus. Electricity and running water are not required. I'm trying to avoid crowded campgrounds. If it was off-season I'd camp, but am seeking peace and quiet. Any ideas or suggestions? Ultimately we'll be seeking out camp cruising destinations, but for now, with a 4 year old in tow, a base camp is preferred.

Dates: Sometime after July 4th.
