Cheap Ballast in Seattle area

I'm looking for some cheap ballast in the seattle area. Lead bars or ingots are going for about $1.65 a lb. If anyone has a line on some lead or a idea for a alternative I'm all Ears. I'm looking for between 1500 lbs and 2000 lbs. I took Steel and concrete out so that is not an option.

Damn! About four years ago, I let some guy have a couple of tons of my "stash" for twenty cents a pound! Shoulda held onto it, I guess.
