For those of us that are thousands of miles away, pics would be fantastic! :)

I would like to stop and see you in Algonac, I live in Harrison Township right off of Lake St Clair.

If Lake Erie will stop beating us up, we should be in Algonac by the 24th...looks like we'll try stopping in Dunkirk, NY today....When sailing, I can't get enough bandwidth to post any photo's..too bad, we get tons of the cool sunset and full squares types...

Gary,
Are you heading back to Green Bay this year?

I missed "the Tall Ships" the last time they were in town, never saw the news in the paper until the last day. We did however see them from a distance as they sailed back up the Bay past our cottage, that was neat, but nothing compared to coming aboard....

Thanks.

Sorry, mate, but Port Huron is as far north or west we're headed. After Port Huron, we'll be in Sandusky, and then off towards NY and the St. Lawrence....A-Bay...

An update of sorts..We're sailing from Alexandria Bay, NY back to Port Colborne, ON. for 'Canal Days', then back to A-Bay for 'Pirate Days' Most likely with overnighters in Oswego and Olcott, NY..We have added an event regarding Blackbeard in the greater Philadelphia area Sept. 20...First time for us that far up the Delaware.

I'm totally unfamiliar with the area, but it has something to do with Tinicum Park and Blackbeard's girlfriend's dig's...not sure where they are berthing us, but I have to fly to SF for a dr. appt. on the 16th, so we'll be there for several days..

Interesting! Tinicum Park (http://www.buckscounty.org/government/departments/ParksandRec/Parks/Tinicum.aspx) (official name) is up the Delaware river a fur piece.... dunno she's navigable that far up. What's yer draft?

There's a Tinicum twp down by the airport about two miles from Fort Mifflin, tho... maybe they're talking about that?

Hmmm, their email is titled Tinicum Park, but they mention an encampment at Governor Prinz Park, and dockage at Market Square Memorial Park at Marcus Hook, and the excavation at 'the Plank House'.....

River's a whole lot more navigable at Gov. Prinz. Keep us informed!

We've had the Kalmar Nyckel up there without any problems, and of course there's very heavy shipping up and down the channel. That area's very industrial.

Keep us informed - I"ll be happy to stop down too and grab a line for you if I can.
