I've been searching for the series of posts by Billy Bones on his pooduck construction and cannot find them. I did find a link but that returns an error message. I have read the series and am about to begin building and wanted to reference it. This is a valuable contribution that I hope is not now lost. Any ideas on how to find it ?
I seem to remember that a small error in the plans was found and I wanted to check this out before beginining to cut. If the post is gone does anyone remember this problem ?
Thanks
Mike
You're not the only one who can't find them today, and who misses them and wishes he'd kept a copy. Perhaps they're being edited into a article or series or monograph?

Fret not, gennelmen.
I have put the whole deal on a web page (which isn't quite ready for prime time) but all is there and then some.
I am dumping Imagestation, and the posts without the images was worse than useless.
Email me for details if you need them before I post the web page.
Best, Bones

As I recall, Billy found that the paper plans for the molds and the single frame were a bit distorted, so the halves were not mirror images. A bit of correction on his part and they were. I only wish I had read the post before I had planked my pooduck, but I'm sure I have added enough vagaries of my own. :D

Billy added some nice modifications that I would recommend (I basically followed the plans on my boat). I recommend his approach to built-in floatation. I am in the process of adding the belaying pins and jaws on the boom. The self-tending jib may come latter.
Billy - thanks for the good ideas!
