Should I be concerned or not !!

When I replaced the foryty ribs in my 64 E. M. White I spread the stearn of the boat about 3/4 of an inch. Didn't realize this until I started to put the splash guard back together and some of the original stock was to short.The rest of the boat seems to have held it's shape well. It's a little late now but I wondered what you folks thought about this. Thanks in advance.

I once rebuilt a boat (small lapstrake power boat) and it had substantially more rocker that it had originally. Did not make discernible difference. Your situation is even less of a problem.

I would not get too cavalier...you don't want to change things if you can avoid it.

Now tell us if you said "Ah, shucks" (or something of the sort) when you found out that you had changed the boat's dimensions?
