Areys Pond 16' launch

Being interested in the above, I'm looking for any information from someone that may know the boat. It's available in either an electric or diesel inboard, so if you know anything about either version I would be interested in that and any other aspects of its construction.

And this means what? The Areys Pond boat is not built well? A catboat without a sail does not make a good launch? Enlighten us please:)
