No hidden agendas here--I'm asking for your support. SWMBO-to-be (Deborah) is once again doing the Susan Komen 3-day walk. I posted a similar invitation for support quite a few months ago and some of you came through--thank you! I'm doing it again to support Deborah's unlimited generosity. I was there to help last year, and now I'm out of state, so I feel bad I'll miss what looked to all the world to be the Bataan Death March, in pink.
Okay--here's her pitch: "The Breast Cancer 3-Day is a 60-mile walk over the course of three days, this walk will continue until there is a cure....
Net proceeds benefit Susan G. Komen for the Cure and National Philanthropic Trust, funding important breast cancer research, education, screening, and treatment.
