Julius Blum & Co., an architectural metal wholesaler in Carlstadt, NJ (www.juliusblum.com), sells a U-shaped flexible PVC gasket for 1/4" glazing that coordinates with their extrusions. It is their item #8708. Maybe they would sell you a small quantity.
