Has anyone got any clues on refastening an old steel fastened wooden yacht? What would not be detrimental to the old steel fastenings? Electrolysis wise, what material is compatible?

Many West Coat fishing boats, originally fastened with steel, have been refastened with hot-dipped galvanized screws, leaving many of the original fastenerers in place.
